Our vegetables and grains are for sale by the pound, so you can have a lot or a little. Ingredients are sourced from growers in the region (Pennsylvania to Vermont). Local when it’s seasonal, organic when we can. No hormones or antibiotics in our proteins or our dairy. This is the food we make fresh daily.
