Entube, founded in LA by Richard Lassalle, is dedicated to creating condiments that are "flavor bombs" but without added sugar or preservatives.  What began as a harissa reinvention, inspired Indian curry and cocoa tamarind molé to follow. At the end of the day, who doesn't like food in a tube? 


Entube Indian Curry Chill Paste (3.5oz tube)

Far East inspired. Your go-to curry flavor  Use for: add to hummus or yogurt for make dip, rub meat or seafood, blend with olive oil before roasting vegetables. Ingredients: cumin, turmeric, sunflower oil, fennel, onion, Jacobsen sea salt, garlic, coriander, fenugreek, acerola berry, cayenne. ginger and spices. 

 


Entube Cocoa Tamarind Molé Chili Paste (3.5oz tube)

Smoky, fruity, nutty. This molé balances sweet and savory dishes alike.  Use for: pork (of course!), grilled peaches or pineapples, combine with butter for spicy richness. Ingredients: cocoa, carob, ancho chili, coconut palm sugar, tamarind, Mexican Hatch chili, chili de arbol, Jacobsen sea salt, acerola berry, garlic, fennel, alllspice, sweet smoked paprika, fenugreek and spices


Entube Harissa Chili Paste (3.5oz tube)

Your everyday harissa. More than just Mediterranean ketchup. Use for: sandwich spread, flavored oils, add spice to a vinaigrette, mix into ground meats for meatballs or burgers.  Ingredients: paprika, cayenne, sea salt, olive oil, acerola berry, cumin, sumac, garlic, coriander and spices.
