Event Rentals

YOU’LL LOVE OUR OUTDOOR EVENT SPACE

Event rentals can comprise our peaceful, private backyard and/or the interior of our sister store, R&D Goods. We’re happy to host intimate luncheons and family-style dinners at R&D Goods for up to 25 (seated) or set up your buffet and other amenities inside while your guests dine & visit in the garden . 

A full garden rentals can accommodate 50-ish guests, seated, or 70-ish guests for a cocktail-style event. Partial garden rentals are suitable for smaller, daytime gatherings (think: baby birthday parties or large luncheons) and accommodate 25 - 30. Please note, a portion of the garden is reserved for your event during a partial rental while the remaining space remains open to customers.  Since we debuted our garden in May 2022 it’s been a destination for customers seeking  respite from the sidewalk & street noise.  Even on busy weekends the garden feels quiet and serene. 

All garden rentals are RAIN OR SHINE. Customers can choose to add R&D Goods as an inside option to their event or reserve a rain date - both options incur additional fees.  Garden rentals start with a 4 hour minimum (two hour event with one hour to set up and one hour to break down). Evenings and weekdays offer the most cost effective options as we prefer our garden to be open for seating to our customers during regular business hours on the weekends. Additional costs include catering (food & beverage minimums apply), service & gratuity. We are open to customers hiring an approved tent company to tent to a portion of the garden to accommodate their event. 

No amplified sound is permitted in the garden. No exceptions. Acoustic music is allowed. Heaters (4) and a gas fire pit are available for cold weather events. The garden is lit at night by outdoor string lights and battery-operated candles ONLY.
