PASSOVER STORAGE & REHEATING 

BRAISED BRISKET

Place sauce and brisket in a skillet over medium low heat, cover. Warm for 15 - 20 minutes or until heated through.

GLAZED CHICKEN 

Place chicken in an ovenproof dish, tented with foil.  Warm in a 350° oven for 10-15 minutes or until heated through. Or serve at room temperature.

MATZO BALL SOUP 

Place matzo balls & broth in saucepan. Warm over medium heat until heated through. Garnish soup with dill, included. 

ASPARAGUS 

Enjoy at room temperature. Drizzle with basil dressing and garnish with olives and orange zest before serving.

CARROTS 

Enjoy at room temperature or warm carrots in an oven-safe dish at 350° for 8-10 minutes or until heated through. Toss with ginger syrup before serving.

POTATOES 

Enjoy at room temperature. Gently toss with yogurt dressing and sprinkle with herbs before serving.

MATZO KUGEL 

Remove plastic lid, pour vegetable stock (included) over kugel, cover with foil. Warm in a 350° oven for 20 minutes or until heated through. Remove foil for the last 5 to crisp top. 

HAROSET, MACAROONS & CHOCOLATE MACAROONS 

Keep these items refrigerated until ready to serve.

MACARONI & CHEESE / CHICKEN ENCHILADA / GREEK MAC & CHEESE / ARTICHOKE DIP

Defrost overnight in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350-375 degrees. Remove plastic lid. Cover with foil. Place on sheet tray. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out hot. Remove foil. Allow topping to brow 3 - 5 minutes. 

FROM FROZEN: Allow an additional 15 - 20 minutes bake time. 


TURKEY MEATLOAF

Defrost overnight in refrigerator. This item is fully cooked, but frozen. Meatloaf: remove exterior paper & paper loaf pan. Warm uncovered in a 350-375 degree oven for 10- 15 minutes.If you are feeling lazy, you can use your microwave. We won’t judge you. 

It’s fine to eat meatloaf at room temperature, fully defrosted. 


MISO-COCONUT TURKEY MEATBALLS / TOFU-CASHEW MEATBALLS

Defrost overnight in refrigerator. These items are fully cooked, but frozen. Meatballs: remove plastic lid, wax paper & dipping sauce. Warm uncovered in a 350-375 degree oven for 10 - 15 minutes. If you are feeling lazy, you can use your microwave. We won’t judge you. 

It’s fine to eat either/both at room temperature, fully defrosted. 


CHICKEN POT PIE

Defrost overnight in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350-375 degrees. Remove plastic lid. Bake uncovered for 25 - 35 minutes or until heated through. 

We do not recommend baking chicken pot pie from frozen.
